To be eligible for participation in the child care grant program under AS 14.38.160 (a) and (c), a provider must
(1) submit to the department a completed annual grant application on a form prescribed by the department;
(2) possess a current business license issued by the state; and
(3) provide verification of a current license to provide child care as required by state law; and
(4) not be ineligible to apply for a grant as a result of sanction under 4 AAC 64.050, 4 AAC 64.060, or 4 AAC 64.070.
