(a) A child care center shall designate one full time on-site child care associate for at least each 30 children attending the child care center.
(b) A child care associate must have the age, qualification, and college credit or CDA credential and continuing education requirements of an administrator as specified in 4 AAC 62.200(a) , (b), (d), and (e).
(c) A child care center may designate an on-site administrator to serve in the role of a child care associate for the first 30 children attending.
