Section 300. Vocational facilities and equipment

4 AAC 51.300. Vocational facilities and equipment

(a) Each school district shall provide equipment and facilities that are

(1) capable of meeting instructional objectives; and

(2) maintained to meet state and federal health and safety standards.

(b) The district shall establish a written procedure for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment to meet the instructional objectives of the vocational plan.
