3 AAC 170.020. Use of money in fund

The division will use money in the rural development initiative fund either to

(1) purchase participations in loans in accordance with 3 AAC 170.030 from eligible lenders or

(2) transfer money to reserve accounts described in 3 AAC 170.040.
