3 AAC 160.082. Grant conditions

(a) Disbursement of grant money awarded to an applicant under 3 AAC 160.042 or 3 AAC 160.062 will not be made until the applicant executes a grant agreement with the department.

(b) During the term of a grant agreement, the grantee shall maintain and provide at the department's request, all program-related records, reports, receipts, invoices, documents, and other information required under the grant agreement. The department may withhold payment for failure to comply with the provisions of 3 AAC 160.010 - 3 AAC 160.900 or terms of the grant agreement.

(c) The grant agreement must require the grantee to ensure equal opportunity to all persons regardless of race, sex, or national origin, in administration of the grant, use of a facility constructed by a grant awarded by the department, or receipt of services supported in whole or in part by the grant.
