Section 40. Notification of eligibility

3 AAC 155.040. Notification of eligibility

Each fiscal year by August 1, the department will notify the unincorporated communities that are eligible under 3 AAC 155.030 to receive grants and allocations for grants under AS 37.06. The notice will include

(1) a copy of the criteria that must be met under 3 AAC 155.063 to qualify a project for inclusion in the following fiscal year capital improvements program under AS 37.07.060 ; and

(2) instructions for submitting lists of projects and supporting information to the department as required under 3 AAC 155.062.
