3 AAC 154.080. Notification of allocations, project appropriations, and local share percentage

Each fiscal year, the department will notify each eligible municipality regarding the

(1) amount of money appropriated to the municipal capital project matching grant fund for allocation that fiscal year, and, from that appropriation, the amount of money allocated to each individual municipal account;

(2) amount of money appropriated under AS 37.06 as interest earnings from the previous fiscal year, and, from that appropriation, the amount of money allocated to each individual municipal account;

(3) amount of money appropriated under AS 37.06.010 (e) for specific capital projects; and

(4) local share percentage and amount of local share required of that municipality under AS 37.06.030 (a) for each appropriation for a capital project.
