Section 70. Local share required

3 AAC 154.070. Local share required

(a) The local share requirements of AS 37.06.030 for each draw for a project are met if

(1) the municipality provides the total local share, as defined in 3 AAC 154.170, in accordance with the grant agreement signed under 3 AAC 154.090; and

(2) a post-project audit confirms that the department received the total local share in accordance with the grant agreement.
