3 AAC 130.135. Waiver for good cause

The commissioner will, in the commissioner's discretion, waive a deadline in this chapter upon receipt of a written request from an applicant, accompanied by a showing of good cause for missing the deadline, and upon a finding by the commissioner that a waiver will not unreasonably disrupt the process of administering the program under this chapter.
