(a) An applicant that incorporates after December 1 of a computation year is not eligible to apply for state aid under AS 29.60 and this chapter until the following computation year.
(b) Repealed 8/19/88.
(c) A qualified entity under AS 29.60.140 may apply for aid to an unincorporated community within a municipality if
(1) the municipality has not applied for state aid under AS 29.60 for two consecutive years, including the entitlement year for which the qualified entity is applying; and
(2) a petition has been submitted under AS 29.06.460 to the Local Boundary Commission to initiate dissolution of the municipality.
(d) Payment may not be made under (c) of this section for more than two entitlement years.
