3 AAC 130.097. Determination of millage rate equivalent and data elements

(a) The director will make determinations of an applicant's

(1) millage rate equivalent under AS 29.60.030 ; and

(2) data elements used to calculate entitlements under AS 29.60.010 - 29.60.180, and former AS 29.90, other than a population determination under 3 AAC 130.042 - 3 AAC 130.044 and a full and true value determination under 3 AAC 130.092.

(b) The director will mail notice of the determinations made under (a) of this section to the applicant by March 15 of the computation year.
