Section 72. Violation of payment standard

3 AAC 130.072. Violation of payment standard

If an applicant violates a standard required in 3 AAC 130.052 - 3 AAC 130.071, the division will reduce the amount the applicant is eligible to receive under this chapter by

(1) the amount received by the applicant under this chapter in the entitlement year in which the violation occurred; or

(2) the part of the amount described in (1) of this section that the applicant proves, to the department's satisfaction, was spent in relation to the violation.
