(1) solicitations for proposals, procedures for developing proposals and requesting assistance under this chapter, and criteria that the authority uses to select recipients of assistance;
(2) available money for assistance under this chapter and allocation of available money to projects;
(3) the status of rural power system upgrades, bulk fuel storage facility upgrades, alternative energy projects, and energy efficiency projects under this chapter; and
(4) changes to programs for providing assistance under this chapter considered or proposed by the authority.
