If the total amount of grant money requested from all eligible applicants is greater than the money available in the fund, the authority will place the eligible applicants who were not awarded a grant on a waiting list ranked according to the standards set out in 3 AAC 107.530(f) and (g). As money becomes available during the fiscal year in which the waiting list is established, the authority will award grants in the order that the applications are ranked on the waiting list. The waiting list will be dissolved on June 30 of each year. Any remaining applications may be resubmitted for consideration under the following year's program.
