3 AAC 107.525. Grounds for rejecting incomplete applications

The authority will notify an applicant in writing of the authority's intent to reject an application if information requested under 3 AAC 107.520(b) is not provided in a timely manner. A rejected application will not be evaluated under 3 AAC 107.530.
