In connection with a grant under 3 AAC 107.300 - 3 AAC 107.430 and for the purpose of ensuring that the grant proceeds are used for a public purpose, the authority may require that a deed restriction on the title to the land benefited by the grant be recorded requiring approval from the authority for sale or transfer of the title to the land and requiring that the property be used for the purposes of the grant. The deed restriction may include provisions restricting the sale or transfer of title to the land to an entity that is eligible for the grant.
