3 AAC 99.870. Loan terms

A loan under this article shall not exceed a term of 25 years except for modifications under 3 AAC 99.890. The term of a loan will be based on the useful life of the collateral offered, the useful life of the asset being purchased or to be constructed, the size of the loan, and the needs of the applicant.
