3 AAC 99.770. Interest on guaranteed loans

(a) The maximum interest rate on a loan which is guaranteed by the authority, shall be two and three-quarters percentage points above the prime rate of interest as reported in the current Wall Street Journal, on a freely floating basis.

(b) The maximum fixed rate of interest shall be two and three quarters percentage points above the prime rate of interest as reported in the current Wall Street Journal on the day of funding.
