The originator of a loan who has submitted an application for a loan which is not approved by the authority may appeal that decision to the board by filing a written notice of appeal with the authority not later than 10 working days after the originator is notified that the loan application has been disapproved. The board will issue its decision on the appeal within 45 working days. When deciding the originator's appeal, the board will consider only the loan application documents filed by the originator on or before the date of the authority's decision with respect to the application. The decision of the board on the appeal is final.
