(a) An association must submit a final report within 45 days after the end of the quarter that the final disbursement is made. The final report must include the following information:
(1) the variance between the total amount budgeted and the total amount actually expended for each budget component and cost category and subcategory for the full fiscal year;
(2) repealed 8/10/97;
(3) a description of how surplus money remaining in a budget component or cost category or subcategory will be reallocated or carried over.
(b) Repealed 7/4/91.
