(a) The department will provide assistance to businesses applying for a new business incentive grant by providing the following:
(1) information, forms, and other material as required to apply for a grant under this chapter;
(2) available data and information on the region's economy.
(b) The department will
(1) review and process applications for grants under the new business incentive program and render a determination within 60 days after the department receives a complete application; and
(2) supervise and monitor a grantee's use of grant money.
