The Cable Television Service rules, Subpart N - Cable Rate Regulation, as set out in Part 76 of the Federal Communications Commission rules (47 C.F.R. 76.900 - 76.985), in effect as of May 15, 1994, are adopted by reference for use in regulating cable television utilities that are not exempt under AS 42.05.711 (k) from economic regulation by the commission.
