3 AAC 30.100. Filing plans

Each insurer writing workers' compensation policies, and the Alaska Workers' Compensation Assigned Risk Pool, shall file with the division of insurance and implement an installment payment plan not less favorable to the insured than the minimum standards in 3 AAC 30.130 for any workers' compensation insured whose estimated annual premium exceeds $2,000. Previously filed and approved installment payment plans that are less favorable to the insured than the minimum standards in 3 AAC 30.130 shall be construed and applied in accordance with 3 AAC 30.130.
