Except as otherwise provided in 3 AAC 28.450, 3 AAC 28.466, and 3 AAC 28.468, the provisions of 3 AAC 28.410 - 3 AAC 28.510 apply to all medicare supplement policies and to all certificates issued under group medicare supplement policies delivered or issued for delivery in this state.
