3 AAC 25.130. Vessel tonnage

For the purpose of determining whether insurance on a vessel is wet marine and transportation insurance under AS 21.34 or surplus lines insurance, the division will accept file documentation of a vessel's gross registered tons as evidence of displacement tons.
