If collateral, excess collateral on forfeiture, or excess payment of premium being held by a licensee or surety is not claimed or taken away within one year after the termination of liability under the bail bond, the licensee or surety shall treat the collateral, excess collateral, or excess payment, in the manner provided in AS 34.45, the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act.
