(a) For a university or college academic course completed for credit at an accredited educational institution,
(1) one semester hour of academic credit equals 15 continuing education credit hours; and
(2) one quarter hour of academic credit equals 10 continuing education credit hours.
(b) For a university or college continuing education course offered by an accredited educational institution, one continuing education unit equals 10 continuing education credit hours.
(c) A licensee may not claim continuing education credit for a challenged or audited course.
