(a) A company shall attach to the inside front cover of the annual statement filed each year, the statement of a qualified actuary entitled "statement of actuarial opinion" that expresses an opinion relating to reserves and related actuarial items held in support of policies and contracts in accordance with 3 AAC 21.830.
(b) Repealed 1/1/2005.
(c) Repealed 1/1/2005.
(d) Upon written request by a company, the director will, in the director's discretion, grant an extension of the date for submission of the statement of actuarial opinion.
(e) The appointed actuary shall retain on file for seven years documentation that is sufficient for the director to determine the procedures followed, the analyses performed, the bases for assumptions, and the results obtained in the development of the actuarial opinion and supporting memorandum.
