Section 100. Amendments of Form B

3 AAC 21.100. Amendments of Form B

An amendment to Form B must be filed with the division within 30 days after the end of any month in which there is a

(1) change in the control of the registrant, in which case the entire Form B shall be made current; or

(2) material change in the information given in the most recently filed Form B.
