(a) Advertising of a subdivision may not be made in this state prior to the effective date of the registration of the subdivision and the approval of the advertising by the department.
(b) All advertising material not accompanying the original application must be submitted to the department for approval prior to its use in this state. Within 15 days from the date of receipt of the proposed additional advertising, the department will enter an order approving or rejecting the advertising. If an order of rejection is not entered within 15 days from the date of receipt, the advertising will be considered approved unless the applicant has consented in writing to a delay.
