(a) Advertising may not contain an artist's sketch to portray a proposed improvement or nonexistent scene without an indication that the portrayal is an artist's sketch and that the improvement is proposed or that the scene does not exist. An artist's conception of an existing improvement or scene must be representative and state that the rendering is an artist's conception.
(b) Advertising may not contain before and after pictures for comparative purposes without an analysis of the pictures.
