3 AAC 12.310. Retention of advertising copy for two years

Each licensee shall retain for a period of two years from the date of use, with date of use indicated thereon, information disclosing the medium through which any advertisement was disseminated. Identical copies of all advertising materials which are published, distributed, or broadcast shall be available for inspection at all times by representatives of the commissioner of commerce.
