Upon the request of an issuer, the administrator will, in the administrator's discretion, waive a requirement of 3 AAC 08.710 - 3 AAC 08.725 by order if the administrator determines the waiver to be in the public interest and that the requirement to be waived is not necessary for protection of investors. The issuer bears the burden of proof to satisfy the administrator that the waiver is in the public interest and that the requirement to be waived is not necessary for protection of investors.
