(a) A credit union's field of membership must be limited to a group or groups of persons having a common bond, affinity, unifying factor or characteristic which links them together and distinguishes them from the general public.
(b) A credit union may serve diverse groups which possess the characteristics identified in (a) of this section within each group.
(c) Persons may be members of more than one credit union.
(d) A group may wish to spin off from an established credit union and form its own credit union under 3 AAC 03.340.
