(a) For the purposes of reporting a creditor under AS 24.60.200 , a filer need not report a retail charge account creditor, revolving charge account creditor, or credit card creditor.
(b) As used in AS 24.60.200 and this section, "loan or loan guarantee" includes a business or personal
(1) loan signed or cosigned by a filer or the filer's family member; and
(2) loan guarantee made on behalf of a filer or the filer's family member.
(c) As used in AS 24.60.200 , "the terms and conditions under which the loan or guarantee was given" means the interest rate and duration of the loan.
