(a) If the staff of the commission determines that an executive branch public official or a judicial officer must file a statement under AS 39.50.020 , the staff shall send a written notice to the individual at the address on file with the commission.
(b) The staff of the commission shall provide each municipality a copy of the statement form and instruction manual for each municipal officer and candidate subject to AS 39.50.
