2 AAC 50.095. Reporting sources of income from self-employment

For the purposes of reporting a source of income under AS 39.50.030 (b) from self-employment, a filer shall list the name of a non-retail customer, client, or patient of a

(1) sole proprietorship, partnership, or professional corporation in which the filer or the filer's family member is an owner, partner, or shareholder; or

(2) corporation in which the filer, the filer's family member, or a combination of these individuals owns a controlling interest.
