2 AAC 50.080. Controlling interest in a corporation

As used in AS 39.50 and 2 AAC 50.010 - 2 AAC 50.200, "controlling interest" in a corporation means ownership of more than 50 percent interest or more than 50 percent of the outstanding shares at any time during the preceding calendar year.
