AS 42.40.150. Meetings of the Board.
- (a) The chairman of the board shall call meetings of the board at least once every three months. The chairman or a
majority of the members of the board may call other meetings of the board as necessary. The chairman shall preside at
meetings.
- (b) Except for executive sessions, the meetings of the board are public. The board shall provide by rule for a method of
providing reasonable notice to the public of its meetings.
- (c) The board shall keep minutes of each meeting.
