AS 14.07.182. Curriculum Improvement and Best Practices Fund.
(a) The curriculum improvement and best practices fund is established. The fund consists of appropriations, not to exceed $19,500,000,
for distribution to school districts.
(b) Money appropriated to the fund may be expended by the department as provided under AS 14.07.180, without further appropriation.
(c) Nothing in this section creates a dedicated fund.
(d) Appropriations to the fund do not lapse.
