The mortgage licensee requesting approval of the change in control shall pay all reasonable expenses incurred by the department to investigate and approve or deny the change in control. The department may establish by regulation the fees and other requirements for requesting approval of a change in control that are consistent with the requirements of the registry.
(b) If there is a material change in the business operations of a mortgage licensee not covered by AS 06.60.120 , the mortgage licensee shall provide written notice to the department at least 30 days before the effective date of the change in business operations.
