AS 04.11.395. Board Imposed Conditions or Restrictions.

(a) [See delayed amendment note] The board may, in the best interests of the public, impose conditions or restrictions on a license or permit issued under this chapter.

(b) [Effective January 1, 2024] Except for a conditional contractor's permit issued under AS 04.09.710, the board may delegate to the director the authority to impose, in the best interests of the public, conditions or restrictions on a permit issued under this chapter.
