AS 47.33.500. Complaint.
- (a) A person who believes that a provision of this chapter or of a regulation adopted under this chapter has been violated
may file a complaint with the appropriate licensing agency.
- (b) The licensing agency shall investigate a complaint filed under this section unless the agency reasonably concludes
that the complaint is without merit.
- (c) Unless disclosure is required by court order, the licensing agency may not disclose the identity of a complainant, or
of a resident on whose behalf a complaint is filed, without the consent of the complainant or the resident or the
resident's representative.
