AS 46.11.010. Thermal and Lighting Energy Standards For Public Buildings.
- (a) All public facilities of the state, the construction of which begins after July 1, 1980, shall be designed to comply
with the thermal and lighting energy standards adopted by the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities under
AS 44.42.020
(a)(14).
- (b) By June 30, 1988, all public facilities of the state existing on July 1, 1980 shall be modified, to the extent
economically feasible, to comply with the thermal and lighting energy standards adopted by the Department of
Transportation and Public Facilities under AS 44.42.020(a)(14).
