AS 39.35.590. Designation of Eligible Employees and Agreement to Contribute.

The political subdivision or public organization shall designate the departments, groups, or other classifications of employees eligible to participate in the system, and shall agree to make contributions each year that are sufficient to meet the normal cost attributable to inclusion of its employees and to amortize the past service cost for its employees over a period not exceeding 40 years.
