AS 39.35.260. Annual Calculation.

The contribution rate for each employer shall be calculated every fiscal year, using the information available at the time the computation is made. The computation shall be completed in time to be considered in the state budget. Each employer shall provide in its budget for the payment of contributions according to its current contribution rate.
