AS 39.35.180. Voluntary Contributions By Employee.

In addition to the mandatory contributions required of an employee under AS 39.35.170 , an employee may, during each calendar year of participating in the system, voluntarily contribute to an employee savings account an amount not to exceed five percent of the employee's compensation for that year.
