AS 31.05.040. Regulations and Orders.
- (a) The commission shall adopt regulations governing practice and procedure before it under this chapter.
- (b) All orders issued by the commission shall be in writing, shall be entered in full and indexed in books kept by the
commission for that purpose, and shall be public records open for inspection at all times during reasonable office
hours. A copy of an order certified by the commission, under its seal, shall be received in evidence in all courts of
the state with the same effect as the original.
