AS 28.20.080. Form and Amount of Security.
- (a) The security required by this chapter must be in the form and amount the department requires, but in no case in excess
of the limits specified in AS 28.20.070
for the acceptable limits of a policy or bond.
- (b) Every depositor of security shall designate in writing the person in whose name the deposit is made and may at any
time change the designation, but a single deposit of security applies only on behalf of a person required to furnish
security because of the same accident.
