AS 28.10.241. Delivery and Judicial Process Against Certificate of Title.
- (a) The department shall deliver the certificate of title to the primary lienholder named in the certificate. Otherwise,
delivery shall be to the registered owner.
- (b) A certificate of title for a vehicle is not subject to attachment, execution or other judicial process, but this
section does not prevent a lawful levy upon the vehicle.
